Do not send identity documents, passwords, tokens, private keys, or third-party personal data unless this has been agreed in advance and is genuinely necessary.

Verification

To protect your privacy, ZVM Labs may ask you to confirm that the request concerns you or the email address involved in the communication. For a personal blog, this usually means replying from the same email address or clarifying the context of previous correspondence.

ZVM Labs does not ask for unnecessary documents where a request can be checked in a less intrusive way.

Response Timing
