ZVM Labs is a personal technical blog and public portfolio by Vasyl Zozulia. The name ZVM Labs, identifier ZVM28, domain zvm.uk, logo, author signature VZ / Vasyl Zozulia, watermark ZVM Labs · zvm.uk, and signature wording are used as indicators of source.

Allowed Use

You may, without separate permission:

  • link directly to ZVM Labs pages;
  • quote short excerpts with an active link to the original page;
  • mention ZVM Labs or Vasyl Zozulia in discussion, review, reference, research, or educational material;
  • use the ZVM Labs name in a neutral source description when it does not imply partnership, endorsement, or official representation;
  • share links to materials on social networks, messengers, internal notes, or useful-resource lists.

Not Allowed Without Written Permission

Without prior written permission, you may not:

  • copy full ZVM Labs articles or pages to another site, PDF, course, newsletter, knowledge base, or commercial material;
  • remove the author name, canonical URL, watermark, or other source indicators;
  • present ZVM Labs materials as your own;
  • use the logo, name, ZVM28, VZ, or ZVM Signature as if there is a partnership, certification, sponsorship, or official approval;
  • create a confusingly similar brand, domain, profile, or page;
  • use ZVM Labs materials to train a commercial dataset, product, or service where permission is required; ZVM Labs does not grant a license for scraping, text and data mining, or AI training except through separate written agreement or where a mandatory legal exception applies;
  • sell, package, or mass-distribute ZVM Labs materials as a standalone product.

These rules do not limit mandatory legal exceptions that may apply in a specific jurisdiction: short quotation, fair use/fair dealing, criticism, news reporting, research, accessibility, or other uses permitted by law. Those exceptions still should not mislead readers about authorship, source, or affiliation with ZVM Labs.

Logo, Monogram, and Signature

The ZVM Labs logo, VZ monogram, Vasyl Zozulia signature, ZVM Signature style, and ZVM Labs · zvm.uk watermark are branded elements.

They may be shown without separate permission only for:

  • linking to the original material;
  • screenshots of a ZVM Labs page in review, citation, or technical analysis;
  • agreed partner, grant, media, or educational material.

Do not alter the proportions, color, text, shape, or context of the logo in a way that distorts the brand or creates a misleading impression.

Watermark and Original Visuals

Local markdown images on ZVM Labs may automatically receive this watermark:

The watermark softly marks original diagrams, lab screenshots, and author-created visuals. It does not replace copyright, licensing, or third-party attribution rules.

For an image where the watermark is not appropriate, use an opt-out marker:

Quotation and Reuse

Short quotation is generally acceptable when:

  • the quotation does not replace the original material;
  • an active link to the canonical URL appears nearby;
  • the author name or ZVM Labs name is preserved;
  • the context does not distort conclusions, limitations, or confidence level;
  • full articles, collections, or substantial parts of pages are not copied.

If you need to use a large excerpt, translation, course material, commercial material, presentation, book, knowledge base, or product, request written permission first.

Plagiarism and Misleading Use

ZVM Labs may request correction, attribution, access restriction, or removal if:

  • text, structure, diagrams, screenshots, or code are copied without proper attribution;
  • material is published as if another author created it;
  • watermark, author line, or canonical URL is removed;
  • the ZVM Labs brand is used to imitate an official resource;
  • a page creates phishing, impersonation, deception, or reputational risk.

  • the URL or file where copying or misleading use appears;
  • a short description of the issue;
  • screenshots or an archived copy, if available;

ZVM Labs may contact the site owner, hosting provider, platform, search engine, or other responsible party to request correction or removal.
